About The Team
Looking for a Performance marketing professional to spearhead the development and execution of strategic affiliate marketing initiatives in alignment with Shopee's business objectives. The role involves tracking, analyzing, and optimizing program performance with affiliate marketing networks providing data-driven recommendations for partner relations, and collaborating seamlessly with internal teams.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aligned with Shopee business objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance using analytical tools.
  • Generate insights to optimize campaigns and programs and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for partner relationship enhancement and revenue maximization.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Acquisition and Retention for seamless program execution.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to integrate affiliate marketing into broader business initiatives
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, strategy, and analytics.
  • Experience in Online / Performance Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • At least 4 years of work experience
