  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance.
  • Work closely with agencies and external partners to achieve marketing goals.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Performance Marketing Manager Should Have

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising
  • At least 3 years experience in Performance Marketing profession
  • Well-versed in Performance Marketing, Google Analytics, Meda Ads, SEO, SEM, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and performance-based campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in using marketing tools and platforms effectively.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and its marketing dynamics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Manila.
