Job Title: Accounting Staff (Invoicer)

Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff (Invoicer) to join our team. The role will handle the preparation, processing, and monitoring of sales invoices and related accounting documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices based on approved sales orders and delivery receipts.
  • Encode and update invoice data in the accounting system accurately and on time.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of sales documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of invoices for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams to resolve billing or delivery discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing invoicing and collection reports.
  • Maintain organized and secure filing of invoices and accounting records.
  • Support the Accounting Department in accounts receivable monitoring and audit preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures and document management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willing to work initially at INGCO PH – 130 6th St, Grace Park East, Caloocan City for 2–3 months before deployment to Balagtas, Bulacan.
  • Can start immediately.
