Job description:

  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff in their daily tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Monitor and enforce proper handling and storage of inventory, ensuring all items are accurately labeled, organized, and accounted for.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Train and onboard new employees, provide guidance on standard operating procedures, and continuously monitor individual and team performance.
  • Implement and uphold company warehouse procedures, ensuring operations align with internal policies and external compliance standards.
  • Report stock levels, operational issues, and discrepancies to management in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, procurement, and customer service) to support seamless end-to-end warehouse operations.

Work Days: 6 days a week
