One of our clients, a well-established name in the food industry, is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to play a key role in shaping and strengthening their brand presence. This opportunity is best suited for a marketing leader who can seamlessly balance strategy with execution—someone passionate about building brands, driving market share, and spearheading high-impact campaigns. As their recruitment partner, we are seeking candidates with proven expertise in both marketing and brand management who can bring fresh ideas, consumer insights, and strong leadership to one of the country's most recognized food companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and brand management plans to strengthen market presence and support overall business objectives.
- Drive brand positioning, identity, and messaging across all channels (digital, print, PR, events, in-store activations).
- Lead integrated campaigns that increase brand equity, customer loyalty, and market share.
- Manage end-to-end brand lifecycle, including product launches, rebranding efforts, and portfolio development.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities, monitor trends, and track competitor strategies.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, operations, and creative) to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media partners, and external collaborators to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on brand and campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and lead the marketing team to deliver high-quality, impactful brand and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing management experience, including at least 2 years handling large, well-known brands.
- Strong expertise in brand management, digital and traditional marketing strategies, and consumer engagement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media ad platforms).
- Proven ability to translate brand vision into measurable results through campaigns and activations.
