We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing initiatives for our toys and/or furniture lines. This role will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, growing market share, and driving sales through innovative marketing campaigns across retail, distribution, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for the toys and/or furniture market.
  • Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, trade shows, and in-store activations.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, content creation, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify consumer insights and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
  • Track and evaluate marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Guide and mentor the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing within the toys, furniture, or retail industry
  • Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and retail/trade promotions.
  • Proven success in developing campaigns that increased visibility and sales.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
