Job Summary:

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Marketing Manager and Team in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing content, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Help manage the company's social media presence, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing materials, promotional items, and content calendars.
  • Support event planning and participation in trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and invoice processing for marketing expenses.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Directly manages the Marketing Staff and marketing operations of business unit's branches
  • Conducting store visits to monitor the implementation of trade marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or graduate of any business related course.
  • At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and content creation.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience
  • With experience in Event Management, marketing communications, digital marketing and market research.
  • Creative in marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willing to be assigned in Caloocan City.
