Duties and Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management
- Oversee daily HR functions such as payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Promote positive workplace culture and engagement.
- Supervise orientation and onboarding of new hires.
- Performance & Training
- Implement performance management systems (evaluations, KPIs).
- Identify training needs and oversee employee development programs.
- Policy & Process Development
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Streamline HR processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) or employee database.
- Generate HR metrics and reports for management decisions.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor HR staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with company goals.
