Position: Senior Creative Lead (Video & Design)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SGT)

Location: Fully Remote

We're looking for a creative leader who's not just about giving comments—but about showing the way. Someone who can roll up their sleeves, fix the workflow, and teach by doing.

This is your chance to:

  • Shape the creative direction across design + video
  • Streamline how our team works so things get done faster and better
  • Groom designers and editors into their best creative selves
  • Work side by side with our Projects Manager as the go-to person for all things creative

Basically—you'll be the one making sure our creative team is efficient, polished, and consistently pushing the bar higher.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and mentor the design and video team (think: showing, not just telling)
  • Build presets, SOPs, and workflows so the team has a clear playbook to follow
  • Improve the quality of everything that leaves the studio (no rookie mistakes here)
  • Help creatives sharpen their craft through real guidance and hands-on coaching
  • Step in and edit/design yourself when needed
  • Keep us up-to-date with fresh creative tools, trends, and formats
  • Organise our creative library so it's actually usable (not a digital mess)
  • Partner with the Projects Manager to spot blind spots, solve problems, and keep creative delivery sharp

YOU'RE A FIT IF…

  • You love leading but aren't afraid to get your hands dirty
  • You can build structure and workflows that make a team faster and stronger.
  • You've got at least 5 years of real-world design and/or video editing experience
  • Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva feel like home
  • You've got a strong eye for design, detail, and storytelling
  • You can balance fun, creativity, and professionalism all in one
  • You're proactive—you don't wait to be told what's broken; you fix it
