About the Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the company's marketing organization, including digital marketing, brand management, sports marketing, and corporate communications.

The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence to drive brand growth, market engagement, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals across various disciplines.
  • Build and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee campaign development, execution, and performance across channels.
  • Manage brand communications and ensure consistent brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Merchandising.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and external partners to ensure efficient marketing execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful actions.
