About the role

As the SOC Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and managing a team of security analysts responsible for proactively monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents for our global client base. In this full-time, on-site position based in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, you will be a key member of our Security Operations Centre, driving the continuous improvement of our security capabilities and ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of protection.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage, mentor and develop a team of security analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
  2. Oversee the day-to-day security monitoring and incident response activities of the SOC team
  3. Continuously optimize security processes and tooling to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SOC
  4. Lead the investigation and resolution of complex security incidents, providing guidance and support to the team
  5. Engage with clients to understand their security requirements and communicate SOC performance and incidents
  6. Identify and implement improvements to SOC metrics, reporting and knowledge sharing
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to drive security initiatives and projects

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in a senior security operations or SOC management role
  2. Strong technical expertise in security monitoring, incident response and threat hunting
  3. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams of security analysts
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
  5. Familiarity with security operations frameworks, tools and technologies
  6. Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement of security capabilities
