About the role
As the SOC Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and managing a team of security analysts responsible for proactively monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents for our global client base. In this full-time, on-site position based in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, you will be a key member of our Security Operations Centre, driving the continuous improvement of our security capabilities and ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of protection.
What you'll be doing
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of security analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Oversee the day-to-day security monitoring and incident response activities of the SOC team
- Continuously optimize security processes and tooling to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SOC
- Lead the investigation and resolution of complex security incidents, providing guidance and support to the team
- Engage with clients to understand their security requirements and communicate SOC performance and incidents
- Identify and implement improvements to SOC metrics, reporting and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to drive security initiatives and projects
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a senior security operations or SOC management role
- Strong technical expertise in security monitoring, incident response and threat hunting
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams of security analysts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with security operations frameworks, tools and technologies
- Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement of security capabilities
