Sales Development Representative

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our US sales team in generating new demand generation business. The SDR will focus on outbound prospecting and appointment setting with enterprise clients, agencies, and publishers. This role is responsible for opening sales conversations and setting qualified meetings for senior US sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to US-based enterprises, agencies, and publishers
Engage decision-makers such as CMOs, Marketing Directors, Demand Gen Heads, Growth Leaders, and Agency Partners
Introduce demand generation and pipeline acceleration services
Qualify prospects based on business fit, timelines, and buying intent
Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for US sales leaders
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
Follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows
Meet or exceed monthly appointment targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience as an SDR or B2B appointment setter
Experience working with US-based prospects
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong phone presence and confidence
Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools
Target-driven mindset
Preferred Experience:
Background in demand generation, lead generation, SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech
Experience selling to enterprise clients or agencies
Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, or dialers
Experience working in US time zones
Working Hours:
