Now we're looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) who can help our clients stay on track and get the most out of Pwrdly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Talking with clients, checking in, and answering simple questions
  • Following step-by-step instructions (SOPs) to complete important tasks for them
  • Working with our support team to troubleshoot and fix any problems clients have
  • Making sure clients are happy, using the software, and seeing progress

What We're Looking For

  • You're great at talking with people
  • You're organised and can follow clear instructions
  • Deep understanding & expertise in GoHighLevel (1 year minimum)
  • You've worked in customer support, admin, or account management before (1 year minimum)
  • You care about helping others succeed
  • You're reliable, responsive, and easy to work with
