Air Liquide Philippines, a fully owned subsidiary of Air Liquide Group, started its operations in 1994 and currently employs 230+ people. We operate air separation units (ASU), hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
We serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries including electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, metals, automotive, shipbuilding, and hospitals.
Air Liquide Philippines is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as GMP certified for medical oxygen. In addition, our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification FSSC for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.
Summary
To pursue opportunities after a careful assessment of the assigned market or geography and identification of target customers. To develop the business by setting up competitive proposals, customer and prospect visits, as well as project justification for AL internal investment approval process. To ensure customer satisfaction and accounts sales retention.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Ensures market visibility and development - Initiate and maintain contacts to better identify their current and potential needs and do prospection planning according to sales development objectives
Leads prospecting initiatives to detect new opportunities - Select prospection list to feed sales opportunity portfolio, define prospecting visits plan and manage opportunity detection and qualification
Promotes selected AL solutions to potential and existing customers - Develop and leverage confidence based relationships at both business and technical level, propose AL technical solutions and tests to selected customers with Application Specialist if necessary.
Conducts business development - Manage the commercial proposals, develop channel through strategic partnership, participate in end-to-end processes (tender, offer, contract reviews and contract signature negotiation) and update dashboards
Defends AL customer base against competition (gas and non-gas) - Protect customer portfolio against competitor attacks, identify competitors threat through SWOT analysis, and detect growth potential in assigned territory
Ensure miscellaneous tasks to support business development - Support activities by attending and/or organizing trade shows, conferences, and AL international or national events
Are you a MATCH?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Have a 3-5 years sales engineering experience, technical experience will be an advantage
- Own a driving license and a car
- Willing to travel to customers area
- Have an excellent social behavior with effective communication skills, learning agility and customer focus mindset
