Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries as requested.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues or documentation.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies for the sales department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous work experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system is preferred
  • Amenable to work near Bridgetowne Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
