Job Description
The Customer Retention -
Upsell is responsible for strengthening customer loyalty and increasing account value through strategic relationship management and value-added sales. The role focuses on retaining existing customers by ensuring satisfaction and solving challenges proactively, while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services. This specialist acts as a key contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning solutions that drive mutual growth.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-first attitude and willingness to solve problems.
Basic understanding of upselling concepts is an advantage.
Eagerness to learn about products/services and customer management strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php695.00 per day
