Job Description:

The Area Project Manager is responsible for supervising fiber optic projects within the assigned area. The role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The position also involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and monitor fiber optic projects in the area.
  • Supervise field activities such as cable laying, splicing, and installation.
  • Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Ensure projects follow company standards and safety rules.
  • Track progress, budget, and manpower requirements.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management.
  • Solve site issues and ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering or any related course.
  • With at least 3–5 years of experience in telecom or fiber optic projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge in project management and field operations.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel and handle multiple project sites.
