Position: HR Assistant
Job Summary:
The HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting overall human resources operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives. This position helps maintain smooth HR processes, compliance with labor laws, and a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage various HR functions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
- Maintain strong employee relations and promote a healthy workplace culture.
- Ensure accurate HR documentation and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and employee engagement.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR principles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
