Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR and Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR functions, ensure efficient office management, and help maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Prepare and update employee records and HR files.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Help monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records.
  • Support HR documentation such as contracts, memos, and notices.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) for employee benefits and compliance.

Administrative:

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, documents).
  • Support in organizing meetings, company events, and office activities.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Perform other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative work.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and government benefits processing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
