Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between the client and the team.

  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements.

  • Document existing product workflows and processes.

  • Create process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and data flow diagrams.

  • Develop wireframes or visual prototypes to illustrate user journeys and system interactions.

  • Identify process gaps, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed business rules documentation and functional specifications.

  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow analysis.

  • Proficiency in Figma, , or similar tools for diagrams and wireframes.

  • Experience in requirements elicitation and functional documentation.

  • Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, with ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or medical software projects.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
