We are seeking a Business
Solutions Analyst (AI & Automation)
to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in bridging business needs with innovative AI and automation solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and value creation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation opportunities.
  • Research and evaluate AI-driven solutions, platforms, and vendors.
  • Develop functional designs, process maps, and solution documentation.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide training, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and adoption support.
  • Monitor solution performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong business analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (chatbots, NLP, predictive models, RPA).
  • Ability to evaluate and configure low-code/no-code AI tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs and system integrations (basic level).
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or IT systems.
  • Exposure to automation or AI-related projects.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
