We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams—translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives.

You'll play a critical role in requirement gathering, data analysis, solution design, and project delivery, particularly in initiatives focused on data management, governance, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, elicit business needs, and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

2. Data Analysis:

Analyze complex datasets using tools and scripting languages to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities that drive data-driven decision-making.

3. Technical Solution Design:

Work closely with developers, data engineers, and system architects to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and solution designs.

4. Project Management:

Oversee end-to-end project activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality standards.

5. Data Governance:

Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance practices to safeguard data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance—especially for data retention and deletion initiatives.

6. Documentation:

Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals to ensure clarity and consistency.

7. Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and management. Provide clear communication on project status, risks, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, ideally within data management, analytics, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and lifecycle management principles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical ideas into business-friendly terms.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Project management experience or familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
