About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced MST/Electrician to join our team in Mckinley Hill, Taguig. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our facilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, motors, and other electrical components
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to identify and address potential problems before they occur
  • Install new electrical equipment, fixtures, and systems as required
  • Maintain detailed records of all electrical work performed
  • Comply with all relevant safety regulations and procedures
  • Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to facility maintenance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician or in a similar role
  • NC II or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, motors, and controls
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
