Job Summary:
The Trade Marketing Officer is responsible for building a network of reliable service partners who can provide various services related to QUBE's smart lockers. This role requires a strong understanding of service-level agreements and the ability to negotiate favorable terms with potential partners. Furthermore, this role will be pivotal in understanding consumer needs, contributing to new product/service development for the 24/7 digital locker ecosystem, and identifying the right partners to fulfill the defined value proposition. Critically, this role will also be responsible for driving transaction volume growth through strategic initiatives focused on brand awareness, user engagement, and offer development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, product development, service partner acquisition, and/or marketing/sales-related roles with a focus on driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
Skill set:
- Strong understanding of service-level agreements and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with the logistics and e-commerce industry is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
- Research and analyze the needs and preferences of target consumers regarding 24/7 digital locker solutions.
- Identify key market trends and competitive landscape related to smart locker services.
- Use data-driven insights to inform service partner acquisition strategies and new product/service development.
Product/Service Development Support:
- Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize and develop new features and services for QUBE's smart lockers based on consumer needs and market opportunities.
- Contribute to the creation of a compelling value proposition for QUBE's 24/7 digital locker ecosystem.
Service Partner Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and research potential service partners (e.g., Merchants, Laundry Shops, Online Marketplaces, Logistics Companies) for each locker type and channel, aligning with the defined value proposition.
- Develop and execute a service partner acquisition strategy.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified service partners.
- Negotiate service level agreements and pricing with potential partners.
- Onboard new service partners and provide training on QUBE's systems and processes.
- Manage and monitor the performance of existing service partners.
- Ensure service partners meet QUBE's quality standards and service level agreements.
- Track and report on service partner performance metrics.
Transaction Volume Growth:
- Brand Awareness & User Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build brand awareness for QUBE's smart locker services and drive trial and repeat usage among target customers. This includes collaborating with marketing on campaigns and promotions.
- Offer Development: Continuously develop and test new offers, promotions, and bundled services that will incentivize usage among existing customers and attract new customer segments to QUBE's platform. Analyze offer performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote the benefits of QUBE's smart locker services and attract new customers.

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
