NOC Assistant

Job Overview

• We are hiring a NOC (Network Operations Center) / Network Monitoring Assistant to monitor and respond to website or software issues through online tools. The role focuses on software alerts from international clients—not hardware or physical connectivity. Applicants without related experience will not be prioritized at this time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor websites, applications, and systems using software-based tools
• Identify and respond to alerts or performance issues
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed
• Log and update incidents in ticketing systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep operations smooth
• Follow schedules for maintenance and system updates
• Support global clients and meet international standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Direct experience in software or website monitoring in a NOC, BPO, or similar environment
• Skilled in using monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Strong attention to detail and quick problem detection
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Open to shifting schedules

• Part of a global network of service centers in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taipei, Kaohsiung, and a tech center in San Francisco.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php32, Php40,000.00 per month
