We are looking for a results-driven VA with experience in ACA Campaign. This role is dedicated to ensuring individuals have access to quality insurance coverage under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). As we expand our outreach efforts, we are seeking a motivated and empathetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in connecting individuals with the right ACA insurance plans.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Sales Campaigns:Conduct outbound calls to individuals to educate them about ACA insurance options and benefits.
    Clearly explain the enrollment process and assist potential customers in selecting suitable insurance plans.

  2. Customer Consultation:Engage in empathetic and informative conversations to understand the unique healthcare needs of each individual.
    Provide personalized guidance on available ACA insurance plans based on customer requirements.

  3. Enrollment Assistance:Guide customers through the ACA insurance enrollment process, ensuring accurate and complete submissions.
    Address any concerns or questions customers may have during the enrollment process.

  4. Compliance and Documentation:Ensure adherence to all ACA regulations and compliance requirements.
    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollment details.

  5. Product Knowledge:Stay updated on changes and updates to ACA policies and insurance plans.
    Effectively communicate the features and benefits of different ACA insurance options.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, particularly in healthcare insurance enrollment.
  • In-depth understanding of the Affordable Care Act and its impact on insurance coverage.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Empathetic approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
