Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager based in Makati. The Strategic Account Manager will focus on nurturing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored IT solutions. Key responsibilities include account planning, managing client communications, overseeing project implementations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. The role involves analyzing market trends and providing strategic recommendations to align customer needs with eBiZolution's offerings.

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Negotiation
  • Experience in Project Management, Multi-stakeholder Coordination, and Problem-Solving
  • Knowledge of IT solutions, Digital Transformation, and Data Management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT industry or a similar field preferred
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
