  • Budgeting & Forecasting:

Developing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and forecasting future financial needs.
- Operations Management:

Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash receipts.
- Compliance & Audit:

Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, financial regulations, and standards, and coordinating the annual audit process.
- Strategic Financial Planning:

Providing input on financial planning, investment priorities, and other strategic decisions to support the company's long-term goals.
- Team Leadership:

Managing and mentoring the accounting and finance department staff, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
