The Junior Strategic Planner is an entry-level strategy position. They will be working under the guidance of the Planning Lead to help in developing communication and campaign strategies for our brands, offer strategic support for creatives and accounts teams, and provide insights into developing trends for local and international strategy teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Jr Strategic Planner's core responsibility is crafting communications strategy for branded campaigns
  • This will also involve doing desk research, participating in qualitative researches both online and offline,
  • The role also requires participating in workshops to cull data into inspiring consumer insights; developing creative campaigns into strategic integrated marketing campaigns, maximizing platforms, and more
  • Journalistic trendspotting for local and multi-market strategic caucus
  • Technical writing for a variety of internal and external cases
  • Proactive participation in the development of creative initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any communications, business, marketing, or creative degree from any university
  • May be a fresh grad or has a maximum 1 year work experience
  • Must have a very good grasp of Filipino and English both in speaking and in writing
  • Must be able to write ideas and concepts in a very clear and precise manner
  • Must have some knowledge on strategy and digital advertising
  • Must be confident and assertive in presenting ideas and strategies
  • Must have a pleasant personality and is able to work well in teams
  • Must be eager to learn, able to take directions well, and able to apply them
  • Must display leadership qualities and strong sense of ownership of their work
