This role will  play a dual role - combining technical selling expertise and after-sales technical support for SEAOIL's lubricants and fuels. This position supports multiple sales channels and will be instrumental in delivering strategic technical services that directly contribute to achieving fuel and lubricant sales targets.

What will YOU do?

  • Provide lubricants solutions through technical selling to external customers (as well as internal customers)
  • Development of customized technical services for different industry segments - Mining, Power, Fishing/Shipping, Construction
  • Achievement of Indus fuels and lubes volume Targets
  • Monitor technical activities and utilization of OPEX of Indus-Tech for each assigned area by the respective Technical Sales Engineer
  • Prepare, execute, monitor progress and completion of lubricants Field Trial Programs including Oil Analyses and/or Oil Monitoring

What will YOU need?

  • At least 3–5 years' related experience in Business Services, Retail, Lubricants, Automotive, or Industrial equipment maintenance
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel extensively
  • Educational background in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or other related courses
  • Strong understanding of lubrication principles, oil analysis, and preventive maintenance practices
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical recommendations under pressure
  • Self-motivated, with strong project management and coordination abilities
