*Job Requirements:*

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or Civil Engineer
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Technical Service Engineer in the oil/gas industry is an advantage
  • Project and contractor management experience
  • Knowledge of LPG system components (e.g., LPG tanks, piping, regulators, vaporizers, valves, etc.)
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (NFPA 58, Fire Code of the Philippines, etc.) BOSH and COSH Safety Training
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license with restriction codes B, B1, and B2
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D drafting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Willingness to travel to various client/project sites as needed

*Responsibilities:*

  • Conduct site inspections and verifications to gather necessary data for the design of the LPG system
  • Design LPG installation and piping systems for potential industrial and commercial customers, ensuring compliance with applicable LPG safety standards (i.e., NFPA 58, Fire Code of the Philippines, and other local regulations)
  • Prepare cost estimates, develop the scope of work and LPG piping layouts based on customer requirements and safety standards, and request approval from the Line Manager
  • Provide approved cost estimates to the assigned Key Account Manager (KAM) / Key Account Specialist (KAS) for financial analysis
  • Coordinate with the Material Services and Procurement Group (MSPG) in conducting tenders for projects and activities
  • Ensure projects are implemented cost-effectively and within schedule
  • Supervise and coordinate construction and onsite LPG installation activities, ensuring compliance with HSSE requirements
  • Ensure optimum utilization of LPG assets and resources
  • Check the completeness of all submitted project contractor documents for payment processing
  • Conduct performance evaluations of project contractors
  • Provide technical support to all PLPI Dealers, Operations, and Sales Teams
  • Assist the Technical Services Manager in the planning, preparation, and control of annual CAPEX/OPEX budgets
  • Submit monthly reports to the Technical Services Manager (TSM)
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the TSM
