The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and analytical Lending Performance Analytics Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the performance analysis of our lending portfolio, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our lending operations.

As a key member of our finance and analytics division, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, detect risks, and uncover opportunities that will enhance our lending processes and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics frameworks to track the performance of our lending portfolio
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of lending data to identify key drivers of portfolio performance, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the product and operations teams to implement strategies and solutions that optimize lending processes and enhance customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in lending analytics to ensure our approach remains competitive and compliant
  • Mentor and develop the analytical capabilities of the finance and reporting teams
  • Contribute to the development of predictive models and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a lending performance analytics or financial reporting role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and visualization using tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with lending operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
