Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily feed production schedules and assign tasks to production teams.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company quality standards.
  • Track raw material usage and finished product output; report discrepancies to management.
  • Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels of raw materials, additives, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Prepare daily production reports, including downtime, waste, and production yield.
  • Support preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimal production disruptions.
  • Act as a communication channel between operators, maintenance, logistics, and management.
  • Recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assist in training and orienting production staff regarding proper feed mill operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, Animal Science, Feed Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in feed mill operations or production coordination.
  • Knowledge of feed formulation, milling operations, and equipment handling is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare production-related reports.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments.
  • Familiar with workplace safety standards and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
