Quality Inspector

1. Responsible for product receiving, quality inspection and quantity

checking.

1. Follows direction of Warehouse Assistant on sequence of receiving,

loading activities and priorities. Coordinates with Warehouse Assistant

on supplier delivery schedules/arrival.

1. Conducts receiving activities as follows:

3.1 Pyrometer verification, calibration and sanitation

3.2 Hand sanitation. Use of gloves & hairnet for inspection

3.3 Inspection as per set references (e.g. PCN, PPS, QIP Memo's,

etc.).

3.4 Inspection results recording and reporting (thru appropriate QIP /

Receiving Forms). DRS, RTS and PRS shall be accomplished and

endorsed to Warehouse Assistant

3.5 Identification of received products thru Receiving Tags.

3.6 Inspection of truck, supplier personnel hygiene, monitors total time of receiving.

1. Reports to Warehouse Assistant/Supervisor for any deviations

observed during receiving activity. Implements action determined by

Supervisor and Assistant (e.g. returned to supplier, accept as

conditional).

1. Preforms customer sampling preparation then coordinate and monitor

the delivery and dispatch

1. Control the non-conforming products that are subjected for hold.

Monitors the items daily until the release memo was issued.

1. Conducts daily product monitoring in all freezer and chiller rooms and

report any deviation found to Warehouse Supervisor. And will conduct

hourly monitoring if there is temperature issue based on engineering

report.

1. Checks product handling equipment before using. Adhere to handling

equipment safety instructions.

1. Maintains cleanliness of the working area before & after operation on

a daily basis.

1. Follows policies, work instructions and forms properly (refer to HLPIWI-

OPC).

1. Ensures food safety programs are implemented throughout the

receiving process (refer to food safety review checklist, HACCP Plan,

etc.). Ensures broken pallets are not used during operation.

1. Ensures that all nonconforming products (damaged/expired) are

identified, segregated and disposed properly (e.g. returned to

supplier).

1. Ensure that QIP room are always cleaned.

2. Control the use of QIP tapes and ensure that there are no tapes that

will be used by other personnel, 3rd party or supplier.

1. Participate actively on review processes, performance and issues.

2. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to

time
