Position Overview:
An Accounting graduate who will be assigned to handle sales operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions while promoting company products and services. The role combines knowledge of accounting principles with customer relationship skills to support both revenue generation and proper financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and processing of customer orders.
- Prepare sales invoices and ensure accurate encoding of transactions in the system.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns and payment schedules.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all sales transactions.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- With strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client handling.
- Preferably with knowledge in sales, invoicing, or accounting systems.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
