Job Description

  • Responsible for Managing and timely compliance of all permits and licenses required to support the project and Business Development of the company as well as the operations of the Project Companies
  • Develop and implement effective license to operate assurance program with relevant leads on permit and licenses compliance, which may include conducting audits and verification checks virtually and on-site.
  • Perform such other task as assigned by immediate Supervisor from time to time.
  • Ensure submission of all requirements for permits and licenses and that these are obtained, updated, and renewed accordingly and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements in the Philippines
  • Individual must be well-organized, independent, self motivated with a proactive mindset and possess negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Legal Management/Economics/Law
  • With at least 1+ years of working experience in Compliance field.
  • Can start ASAP
