JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: Compliance SpecialistDepartment: ComplianceReports To: Head of Compliance / Compliance ManagerI. BASIC FUNCTION

The Compliance Specialist ensures the company's compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) requirements, with a strong focus on end-to-end regulatory reporting and compliance processes within a FinTech environment.

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end AML processes, including the preparation, review, and submission of Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR).
  • Conduct transaction monitoring and investigate alerts for potential AML risks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required regulatory reports.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with BSP regulations, circulars, and internal policies.
  • Support the development, review, and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance alignment across FinTech operations.
  • Assist in internal audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain complete and accurate compliance documentation and audit trails.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and recommend necessary process or policy changes.

III. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance, AML, Risk Management, or Regulatory Reporting.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AML end-to-end CTR and STR processes, from report preparation to submission.
  • Familiarity with FinTech processes, including BSP compliance frameworks and policies.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willing to work onsite PASIG
  • Can start ASAP.
