Responsibilities and Outcomes:

Strategic Insight:
Deliver high-quality analytics through industry stakeholders, in-house tools, and consulting frameworks. You are trusted to communicate and persuade clients with insights and recommendations.


•
Delivering Results:
Support seniors in project scoping, setting effective goals, and work plans to deliver projects on time and within budget; enhance efficiency by pre-empting and adapting to changes in scope and resource priorities during the project.


• Leading and Managing:
Achieve project deliverables with little supervision while guiding and supporting junior staff, interns, outsourcers, and research assistants to meet expectations.


• Building Client Relations:
Develop excellent client support and relationships across different client touchpoints to build additional business. Serve as the conduit for all communication with clients and project teams, ensuring exceptional client experience.


• Knowledge and Market Capability:
Continually learn and apply knowledge of Ipsos tools and frameworks to effectively provide solutions to clients.

Essential Qualifications:


• Exhibits all essential competencies for a Consultant.


• 3-5 years of experience with relevant responsibilities.


• A Bachelor's degree from renowned universities. Advantageous to have MBA or other relevant Masters degree.


• Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
