AMG Collection Services Inc. is one of the Philippines' leading credit and collections agencies, working with top-tier fintech, lending, and banking clients. As we grow, we are modernizing our internal processes—transitioning from manual to digital HR, recruitment, and payroll systems.

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager who is ready to take ownership of our HR function—leading strategy, operations, and compliance across all HR domains. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong operational experience, tech-savvy process knowledge, and a desire to drive change.


Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
  • Serve as the head of the HR Department, managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Work directly with the CEO and Department Heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead the digital transformation of HR—from manual workflows to automated, system-driven processes.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee the recruitment strategy and ensure timely hiring for volume agent needs, team leaders, support roles, and senior staff.
  • Lead all job postings, sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding across multiple channels.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline aligned with fast-moving operational needs.
Payroll & Compensation
  • Supervise payroll operations in collaboration with the Finance Team.
  • Support migration from manual payroll to automated payroll software.
  • Ensure accuracy in timekeeping, cut-off processes, statutory deductions, and 13th month/holiday pay compliance.
HRIS & Digital Systems Implementation
  • Lead the setup, implementation, and management of an HRIS or similar digital HR platforms.
  • Implement online recruitment, leave tracking, and performance management systems.
Employee Relations, Labor Compliance & DOLE
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and data privacy requirements.
  • Handle employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, IRs, grievance handling, and legal documentation.
  • Serve as the point of contact for DOLE hearings or labor inspections.
HR Admin & Engagement
  • Oversee timekeeping, benefits processing, 201 file maintenance, and government remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
  • Lead engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and recognition.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and memos in line with labor law and best practices.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Must have end-to-end HR operations experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Experience in the BPO, call center, or collections industry is preferred.
Technical & Process Skills
  • Strong experience in automated payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., Salarium, Sprout, GreatDay HR, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Google Workspace, and general HR admin workflows.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
People & Leadership Skills
  • Strong decision-making, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and employee engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead an HR team (currently 5 staff).
  • Calm and professional when managing difficult employee issues or labor disputes.
