Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Production Manager (Events). Based in Mandaluyong, the role involves managing event production, with some flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and overseeing event logistics, leading production teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of both on-ground and virtual events. The Senior Production Manager will collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including event planning, budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams
  • Technical knowledge of event production, including sound, lighting, stage design, and virtual event platforms
  • Problem-solving, leadership, and team management abilities for guiding production teams and ensuring smooth execution
  • Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and creative content strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Communications, or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a hybrid setup with on-site work at Mandaluyong
