About the role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation. As a social media specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand's online presence across various social media platforms. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to build our brand's online following and drive customer engagement
  2. Create and curate visually appealing and on-brand content for our social media channels
  3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns
  5. Analyse social media metrics and provide insights to optimise our online presence
  6. Assist with the planning and execution of various marketing activities, events and promotions
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
  3. Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  5. Proven ability to create visually appealing and engaging content
  6. Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting social media metrics
  7. Familiarity with graphic design tools and content creation software
  8. A passion for the food and beverage industry and a keen interest in brand building
