Overview: Interns will gain hands-on experience in Human Resources facets like Talent Aquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development and Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations. This role is designed to provide practical work experience and exposure to tasks and projects related to your department.
Responsibilities:
- Your HR internship covers four key areas, each playing a crucial role in human resources management:
- Talent Acquisition – Involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the company hires the best talent. You may assist in scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Total Rewards – Focuses on compensation, benefits, and payroll. This may include assisting in payroll processing, organizing employee benefits documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Talent Development & Employee Engagement – Encompasses training initiatives, performance management, and workplace culture. You may help organize training sessions, facilitate employee engagement activities, and contribute to performance evaluation processes.
- Employee Relations – Handles workplace policies, conflict resolution, and compliance. This could involve assisting in drafting policies, addressing employee concerns, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resources Development, Behavioral Science, and other similar courses.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proactive and eager to learn about HR processes.
- Must render at least 300 hoursBenefits:
