The HR Intern may be assigned to assist in any of the following functions, under the supervision and guidance of the Head of Human Resources and/or Immediate Supervisor:

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes based on job descriptions provided.
  • Help coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in following up pre-employment requirements and medical exams.
  • Support the preparation and organization of new hire documents for 201 filing.

Training and Development

  • Assist in coordinating onboarding logistics, including scheduling and preparing materials.
  • Help facilitate onboarding sessions and company policy orientations under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring training attendance sheets.
  • Support in the preparation and filing of training certificates in employee 201 folders.

Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits

  • Assist in guiding new hires for payroll bank account opening.
  • Support in the distribution of company uniforms and ID cards.
  • Help process and track requests and documentation related to HR billings (e.g., uniforms, pre-employment medical exams, etc.).
  • Provide support in basic timekeeping and benefits monitoring tasks, under supervision.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Assist in the preparation and logistics of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support in the creation of event collaterals and documentation (photos, attendance, write-ups).
  • Help gather survey responses or feedback from employees on HR initiatives.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks related to disciplinary documentation, as appropriate.

Administrative and Other Tasks

  • Ensure confidentiality of all employee and HR-related information at all times.
  • Assist with filing, organizing HR documents, and maintaining digital or physical records.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as may be assigned by the HR team.

  • Western Bicutan 1630 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
