ob Title: Compensation and Benefits Assistant
Job Summary:

The Compensation and Benefits Assistant is responsible for the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role involves employee communication, coordination with benefit providers, and support in delivering competitive and compliant compensation and benefit packages.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer various employee benefit programs, including government-mandated benefits and HMO.
  • Communicate benefit program details, procedures, changes, and legal disclosures to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and keep up-to-date with regulatory changes.
  • Resolve issues with benefit providers to validate enrollment and process claims.
  • Ensure regular employees and eligible dependents receive appropriate benefits.
  • Provide and manage employee tools such as mobile units and service lines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with provider companies to ensure competitive offerings.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits administration, with a focus on government-mandated benefits and HMO.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, resourceful.
