  • Sourcing of new and alternative parts required by customer and Production
  • Effectively recommend other options for required materials and processes
  • Identification of parts OEM based on physical & technical attributes.
  • Create Item Codes in Vision / ERP – Next for stock keeping units.
  • Align New Part to the correct commodity group.
  • Processing of Purchase Order after approval of Director
  • Receiving orders, generating supplier invoices, and giving copies to Receiving Inspection.
  • Processing of permits and/or gate passes for Customs purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Preferably has a college degree in any Engineering or Technical courses.
  • Experience: Equivalent years of experience in purchasing and/or sourcing raw materials for electronics, electrical, and manufacturing business or construction industries.
  • Good communication and people skills and can interact with all levels of the organization, stakeholders, and interested parties
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and other applicable systems.
  • Attributes:
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills and is able to confidently participate on a Technical discussion with other Department or Management.
