QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering; Preferably Post-graduate level

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years in a Program, Operations environment related to high precision, high mix manufacturing & assembly environment, with a minimum of 10 years' managerial experience.
  • Solid knowledge of project management principles, as well as automotive or aerospace systems experience.
  • Ability to work at a detailed level across multiple business functions.

Skill/ Technical Requirements:

  • Proficient with the use of MS Office Application
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, IATF 16949, AS9100 preferred.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems – Detailed knowledge of system usage and best practice
  • Technical Knowledge of Engineering design and drawings
  • Project Management Professional certification
  • Knowledge in data analytics and statistics

Functional/ Technical Competencies:

  • Advance Documentation Knowledge
  • Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma
  • Knowledge in Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments

JOB SUMMARY

  • Overall Responsibility to oversee of all Interface Solution (IS PH) and Test Handler Kits (TH PH) Product / Program activities related to On-Time Deliveries and Cycle Time commitments to the Business unit and customer.
  • Responsible for handler projects delivery, Maintenance, Facility, Manufacturing Engineering and revenue maximization for IS PH and TH PH.
  • Chairs project coordination meetings across functional, management and business unit and facilitate speedy resolution on program plan challenges.
  • Demonstrates decision making authority as necessary and influencing skills to coach program team members.
  • Manages the Overall Sales and Operation Review (S&OP) and implementation of actions to manage the Source plan, capacity allocations and expansions and production readiness ramp.
  • Ensures that each program has a defined source plan strategy and collaboration with Sales, Design and Business unit for live ramp productions.
  • Collaborates and publish to management leadership, Business units and between programs and Product Lead time matrix and cycle time improvements across the operations and business unit's.
  • Guarantees that customer Escalations and Advance Launches mechanisms are addressed for each program and coordinated to top management and operations to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensures the overall quarter-to-quarter Revenue targets and priorities are communicated across business units, Management group and functional operations.
  • Collaborates the 3-year Ramp up plans with Operations, Sales, Business units and other stakeholders' input are addressed and considered during the ramp up reviews.
  • Primary objective - Meet weekly, quarterly throughput results aligned to Factory capacity targets defined in S&OP goal and objectives, deliver quality products consistently and develop continuous improvement in manufacturing technology & process control.
  • Develops and implements best practices to enable the successful delivery of a broad range of internal and external deliverables to stakeholders across the business.
  • Provides full support to the Managing Director in overall delivery of continual improvement projects across all areas of the business.
  • Ensures on time maintenance of facility and machinery to ensure continued operations.
  • Controls Manufacturing engineering group to ensure efficient process development to support business plan delivery.
