About Us: Client is a rapidly growing, fully remote Healthcare Technology company building innovative SaaS and BPO solutions to optimize the complex Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and operational challenges faced by our clients globally. We specialize in providing hyper-efficient, scalable, and intelligent task management solutions.

The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Operations & Strategy to lead and optimize all facets of hyprtask's global operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the efficiency, synergy, and scaling of all departments to ensure we meet our aggressive growth targets and maintain service excellence for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

● Executive Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic alignment of all functional departments: Business Development, Marketing, RCM, Engineering, Client Success Management, Project Management, and HR.

● Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and operational procedures to drive efficiency, improve service delivery quality, and reduce costs across the organization.

● Strategic Planning: Collaborate directly with the executive team to translate company vision and strategy into actionable, cross-departmental operational plans.

● Global Workforce Management: Lead and scale the organization's fully remote global workforce, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective cross-timezone collaboration.

● Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Healthcare SaaS offerings to maintain market leadership and client satisfaction.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

● Proven executive or senior management experience in Healthcare SaaS, BPO, or closely relevant industries.

● Demonstrated success in managing and scaling a full remote global workforce.

● Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and the technology stack required to support them.

● Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional project management skills.
