We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with a strong background in Highway and Structural Engineering to lead large-scale infrastructure projects including expressways, viaducts, roads, and bridges. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex transportation projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and execution of highway and bridge projects.
  • Oversee project lifecycle including feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance on structural design, load analysis, and construction methodologies.
  • Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in highway and structural engineering, with a focus on expressways, viaducts, and bridges.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international design codes and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
