What You'll Do

● Lead and mentor Operations, Customer Support, and cross-functional team leads to

ensure smooth day-to-day execution

● Define and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, customer

satisfaction, and overall organizational performance

● Oversee process improvements, workflow optimization, and system enhancements

across the customer journey

● Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and develop actionable plans to improve operational

outcomes

● Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure

alignment and seamless execution

● Manage resource planning, budgeting, staffing, and operational forecasting

● Champion a culture of accountability, empathy, professionalism, and continuous

improvement

What You Bring

● 3+ years of director-level experience in Operations, BPO leadership, or customer service

operations

● Proven experience managing and scaling multi-functional teams

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to guide

decisions

● Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills

● Comfortable with CRM systems, support tools, and operational workflows

● A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment

● Experience in dental, healthcare, or DTC industries

● Prior experience in a remote or startup setting● Familiarity with scaling customer support or operations teams
