We are looking for an Admin Intern to provide support in administrative and leasing-related tasks. This role is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in office administration, client relations, and property leasing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with office duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and copying important documents (e.g., leasing contracts).
- Support in promoting rental units through social media.
- Handle inquiries from potential clients, assist in viewings, and help secure new tenants.
- Take part in negotiations with brokers, stores, and tenants regarding contracts and rental pricing.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related course.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using social media for promotions.
- Willing to learn and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Amenable to work purely onsite in BGC, Taguig (Monday to Friday)
- Can submit MOA and Recommendation Letter
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Php Php300.00 per day
